Blackberry and Elderflower Gin Cocktail
A slice of cake is perfect to be served with a scope of vanilla ice cream.
A Banksy inspired summer Gin cocktail, made by combining together Blackberry and Elderflower Gin, with a Raspberry and Rhubarb Seltzer, and served to a glass filled with ice and frozen raspberry ice cubes.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 3 fl oz Blackberry and Elderflower Gin liqueur
- 9 fl oz Raspberry and Rhubarb seltzer
- 8 raspberries

- frozen raspberry icecubes

- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Icecube trays
- Piping bag
Instructions
1.
- 8 raspberry
To make the frozen raspberry icecubes: place raspberries in an icecube tray and fill with water and freeze until set.
2.
Fill another icecube tray with water and freeze until set.
3.
- 3 fl oz Blackberry and Elderflower Gin liqueur
- 9 fl oz Raspberry and Rhubarb seltzer
In a cocktail shaker, add the Gin and Seltzer and give a little shake.
4.
Strain the cocktail glass filled with ice cubes and frozen raspberry ice cubes.
5.
Enjoy the cocktail.
