Instructions

1.

  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 green chilies
  • small piece of ginger

Finely slice the garlic cloves, onion, green chilies, and ginger.

2.

In a wok, add 1 tbsp. of sesame oil and temper the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies for about 3 mins.

3.

  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 250g prawns
  • 250g mussels
  • 250g squid (diced)

In a large wok mix together the seafood, with the listed sauces and a pinch of salt, and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and set the wok aside.

4.

  • 780g orzo pasta
  • 1000ml water
  • ½ tsp. salt

In a large pot of water, add the orzo pasta and about ½ tsp. of salt and let the pasta cook for about 10-15 minutes (till the pasta is soft in texture).

5.

As the pasta is cooking, the water will absorb into the orzo pasta grains.

6.

Once the orzo pasta is cooked, remove it from the heat and mix it with the seafood.

7.

Serve and eat whilst warm.
