Bramble Gin Cocktail

Best described as a spring cocktail

A slice of cake is perfect to be served with a scope of vanilla ice cream.

The drink takes its name from the bush on which the sweet blackberries, provide the principal flavour of the cocktail.

Alternative tale of the cocktail is due to the winding nature that the liqueur takes when it’s poured from the top and flows to the bottom of the glass, though it were dodging through brambles.
